SLC38A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC38A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC38A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP20, PIM2, and CD79A. Each is linked with SLC38A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP20 grouped by SLC38A4-low versus SLC38A4-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC38A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC38A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
