SLC38A10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC38A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,152 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC38A10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heparan sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process, Obsolete regulation of histone methylation, and Regulation of exosomal secretion. Each is linked with SLC38A10 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heparan sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process grouped by SLC38A10-low versus SLC38A10-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC38A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC38A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
