Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC38A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,114 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC38A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-glutamine import across plasma membrane, GABA metabolic process, and L-glutamine transport. Each is linked with SLC38A1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A1 results are reported.
