Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC38A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC38A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTNL2, KRTAP10-1, and OR5V1. Each is linked with SLC38A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A1 results are reported.
