Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC37A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,975 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC37A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOBR, UPP1, and IFI30. Each is linked with SLC37A2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A2 results are reported.
