The most reproducible SLC37A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL30P16, RN7SL248P, and TBR1. Each is linked with SLC37A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A2 results are reported.
