SLC37A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC37A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,157 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC37A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH1, TRAPPC10, and CNNM4. Each is linked with SLC37A1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC37A1 versus RSPH1 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC37A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC37A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
