Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC35G6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC35G6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SLC35G6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC35G6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA and UCEC are the cancer types where SLC35G6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
