Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35G1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC35G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ2, MS4A18, and CT47A6. Each is linked with SLC35G1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35G1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35G1 results are reported.
