Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC35G1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLC35G1 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SLC35G1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC35G1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and UCS show a favorable association.
ACC, LUSC, and UCS are the cancer types where SLC35G1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
