Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35E4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,636 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC35E4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L2B-AS1, MIR4660, and DIMT1P1. Each is linked with SLC35E4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35E4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35E4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L2B-AS1 grouped by SLC35E4-low versus SLC35E4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC35E4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC35E4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
