SLC35E3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35E3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,950 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35E3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC14, MDM2, and NSD1. Each is linked with SLC35E3 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35E3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35E3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC35E3 versus DNAJC14 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC35E3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC35E3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
