The most reproducible SLC35E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM32A, ELL, and MED26. Each is linked with SLC35E1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35E1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35E1 results are reported.
