Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC35D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P46, DIS3L2P1, and TRDV3. Each is linked with SLC35D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35D1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P46 grouped by SLC35D1-low versus SLC35D1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC35D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC35D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
