SLC35A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND3P5, IGHD5-24, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with SLC35A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND3P5 grouped by SLC35A2-low versus SLC35A2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC35A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC35A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
