SLC32A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC32A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC32A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC4, TRIM36, and GLOD4. Each is linked with SLC32A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC32A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC32A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC4 grouped by SLC32A1-low versus SLC32A1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC32A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC32A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
