Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC30A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,871 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC30A7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMA5_S16, SH3GLB1, and RPL12. Each is linked with SLC30A7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC30A7 versus PSMA5_S16 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
