Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC30A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,267 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC30A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, CENPV, and HCFC1. Each is linked with SLC30A3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC30A3 versus SPAST in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
