Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC30A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,894 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC5G, SLC29A4, and EGFL7. Each is linked with SLC30A3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A3 results are reported.
