SLC30A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC30A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,649 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into lysosome, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Positive regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with SLC30A3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Zinc ion import into lysosome grouped by SLC30A3-low versus SLC30A3-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC30A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC30A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
