SLC30A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC30A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,029 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC30A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF125, CD40LG, and HHATL. Each is linked with SLC30A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC30A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC30A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC30A2 versus RNF125 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC30A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC30A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
