Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC2A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-49P, RNU7-103P, and RN7SL517P. Each is linked with SLC2A9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-49P grouped by SLC2A9-low versus SLC2A9-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
