The most reproducible SLC2A8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, Dolichyl monophosphate biosynthetic process, and CTP salvage. Each is linked with SLC2A8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A8 results are reported.
