Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC2A8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC2A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFA1, GSG1L2, and WFDC6. Each is linked with SLC2A8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFA1 grouped by SLC2A8-low versus SLC2A8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
