SLC2A4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,508 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYCT1, PGM5, and COX7A1. Each is linked with SLC2A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A4 versus MYCT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
