SLC2A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,417 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HK2, PLAU, and ERO1A. Each is linked with SLC2A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A1 versus HK2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
