SLC2A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,410 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLD4, PTPRN2, and ENO2. Each is linked with SLC2A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A1 versus PLD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
