SLC2A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK4P5, MIR7843, and OR6K1P. Each is linked with SLC2A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AK4P5 grouped by SLC2A1-low versus SLC2A1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
