Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC29A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC29A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5A1, FAM47C, and RXFP3. Each is linked with SLC29A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC29A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC29A4 results are reported.
