Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC29A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,433 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC29A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleobase transport, Adenine transport, and Nucleobase transport. Each is linked with SLC29A1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC29A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC29A1 results are reported.
