Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC27A5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC27A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, SUPT20HL1, and OR5M8. Each is linked with SLC27A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC27A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC27A5 results are reported.
