SLC27A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC27A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC27A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ31, CCL8, and KISS1R. Each is linked with SLC27A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC27A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC27A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ31 grouped by SLC27A1-low versus SLC27A1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC27A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC27A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
