Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC26A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P11, FYTTD1P1, and OR7E145P. Each is linked with SLC26A8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC26A8 versus RNY1P11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC26A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC26A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
