Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,154 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC26A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, and Obsolete histone methylation. Each is linked with SLC26A7 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A7 results are reported.
