Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC26A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,584 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC26A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nitrate transmembrane transport, Nitrate import, and Protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with SLC26A7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A7 results are reported.
