Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,010 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC26A5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1D, ACADSB, and PHC3. Each is linked with SLC26A5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC26A5 versus MYO1D in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
