Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC26A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,437 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC26A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Golgi to vacuole transport, and Fertilization. Each is linked with SLC26A5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A5 results are reported.
