The most reproducible SLC26A11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SLC26A11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A11 results are reported.
