Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,171 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC26A10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of cell polarity, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Maintenance of cell number. Each is linked with SLC26A10 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A10 results are reported.
