Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC26A10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATRIP_S224, DPP4, and DSN1_S58. Each is linked with SLC26A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC26A10 versus ATRIP_S224 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC26A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC26A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
