Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC26A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,842 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC26A10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiac muscle cell action potential, Heart contraction, and Cell communication involved in cardiac conduction. Each is linked with SLC26A10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A10 results are reported.
