SLC26A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC26A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,994 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC26A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGG, FAM219B, and MAN2A2. Each is linked with SLC26A1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC26A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC26A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC26A1 versus PIGG in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC26A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC26A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
