Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A6P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLC25A6P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher SLC25A6P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A6P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and OV show a favorable association.

THCA, UVM, and LIHC are the cancer types where SLC25A6P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
