Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,310 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, GATAD2B, and SNX27. Each is linked with SLC25A44 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A44-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A44 versus RPRD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
