The most reproducible SLC25A44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of TORC2 signaling, Heterochromatin organization, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with SLC25A44 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A44-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A44 results are reported.
