Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC25A35-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF1, GJD2, and FAM205A. Each is linked with SLC25A35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A35-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A35 results are reported.
