Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC25A34 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC25A34 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SLC25A34 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC25A34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and SCLC are the cancer types where SLC25A34 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
