The most reproducible SLC25A34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SLC25A34 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A34-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A34 results are reported.
