SLC25A32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Positive regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with SLC25A32 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A32-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA alternative polyadenylation grouped by SLC25A32-low versus SLC25A32-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC25A32→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC25A32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
