The most reproducible SLC25A27-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUGP2, GPKOW, and ASNS. Each is linked with SLC25A27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A27-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A27 results are reported.
